Karston grew up in Madison, Wisconsin, where he developed an early drive for connecting with people and building relationships. That curiosity about what makes businesses succeed led him to study Management at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse, where he continues to sharpen his business and leadership skills.

As an intern at Elevate, Karston focuses on business development, finding and connecting with new business that Elevate can help grow. He also supports the creative side of the team, helping with photography, photo and video editing, and website design. He enjoys getting to learn more about local businesses, their goals, and helping bring brands to life.

Outside of Elevate, Karston has a passion for cars and loves to photograph them. Having worked in both detailing and sales, he has seen the importance of vehicle presentation. That experience taught him to see each vehicle the way a customer would, and he brings that same eye for detail and presentation to the work he does at Elevate.
