The challenge
As Vernon Memorial Healthcare (VMH) evolved into Vernon Health, the organization had an opportunity to create a brand identity that better reflected who it had become and where it was headed. With a longstanding reputation for compassionate, patient-centered care, the organization had continued to expand its services, locations, and role within the community. This expansion led to a need for a more clear and unified identity across the entire system. The refreshed brand needed to honor Vernon Health’s trusted legacy while presenting a modern, emotionally resonant identity for patients, staff, and the communities it serves.
The Solution
Elevate Media Group (EMG) helped Vernon Health define what its next chapter should look and feel like. Through research, stakeholder input, and thoughtful brand exploration, we created an identity that balanced trust and progress. The refreshed name, logo, colors, typography, messaging, and brand guidelines gave the organization a more unified system that could work across patient materials, signage, digital platforms, and internal communications. To support the public rollout, EMG also developed a multi-channel marketing campaign that introduced the new identity across traditional and digital platforms. This included TV spots, billboards, print ads, social media content, YouTube ads, and targeted OTT streaming ads. The result was a modern, compassionate brand that honored where Vernon Health came from while clearly representing where it is going.

Vernon Health sought to increase awareness of its maternity services and better communicate its personalized approach to obstetric care. A targeted video campaign brought that experience to life across its website, social media, and YouTube Ads, highlighting patient stories, provider expertise, birthing options, and support throughout the entire maternity journey.
